Asking more money while delivering the cylinde

I don't know whether these complaints are ever been read by someone who can actually take some actions against these. But still I would still like to share my experience with the public.

I'm having a gas connection with Bharat Gas (Mahalaxmi Enterprises) in Bangalore. From past two months the hawkers are asking more money while delivering the cylinder saying the prices has been increased. But the receipt still says it costs Rs325.22 (Including VAT). But the hawkers are saying that it costs Rs340.

And even said that I can call Bharat Gas and enquire about the same.
