New replacement battery not working

I have been using pure it for past couple of years now. and till now have not faced problems as i didnt had to contact pure it customer support.
Incidentally i had placed a request for the battery change recently and their engineer or whatever he was came down after couple of days and after few renewed schedules and he changed the batter. He said its new kind of battery and better than the older version. I paid him the money and after following his instructions to the letter my Pure It is as good as the tap water. I lodged a complaint through customer service and i was told someone would come and visit me. But no one did, and neither even called this time. After few days again i registered another complaint, i was assured this time someone would call and than come, no one did. I again made the complaint, and again the same result, and again. I even asked to talk to the supervisor, and someone named Kamal came on the call. But no use, Kindly advise whether i should throw this pure it in the dustbin and lodge a former complaint. and definitely you should be looking forward to removing your customer support as they are more of a sales team than a support team.
Its really disappointing to see such pathetic response from one of the front running brands.
their customer support definitely is the worst rated and would dilute their brand value to "0" in no time.
