We have been receiving very poor service from Pushpa Gas Agency, Nadapuram. We had booked for a Refill on 3rd Nov 09 and we've not received it yet, it has been more than 10 days. This is not the first time. And when we try to enquire about this they dont pick the call. It is impossible to get through to them. How are we supposed to handle this issue. Apart from this, they have been charging us with Rs. 360 from years together and dont provide any receipt or enter the Cash memo number.
