Non delivery of gas cylinder (It happpens always)

Dear Sir,

My consumer numer is L24665 with Gulab Gas Agency, Pandhi Path, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, (Phone No-01414005396)

I had received cylinder on 02-09.

Delivery of cylender made on 13-10.

Again booking due date became 14-11

Reminded the agent for booking on 13-11, he told that delivery will be made after 4-5 days.

Again remined on 16-11 and the reply was same i.e delivery will be made after 04-05 days.

As per my knowledge, there is automatic booking system and the delivery is being made within the due date.

As I told my due date extended from 2nd of the month to 14th and now uncertaintity exists.

I have one connection of gas in a family of 5 members.

How I manage, Idon't know? Cylinder is empty, My family is on the mercy of god. I have made arrangement of food from out side. This is not fair.

Please advise me what I do?

I request you to please look into the matter and arrage the cylinder and please make sure that these things are not happening in future.
