Non delivery of Gas Cylinder after booking

I am a consumer of Bharat Gas Agency Distributor, Ramaniah GAS Agency, Valasarawakkam, Chennai.

I have booked the gas for home delivery 3 weeks back. Till today (20.11.09) I haven't got the cylinder.

They have provided 4 no for booking the gas (044-2486455, 24866545, 24865399, 9840194915). For the past 1 week I was trying to call their agency to inquire about the status. But always the land line no is engaged and the mobile no is switched off or else no one pick up the phone during working hours.

I am facing this problem for the past one year and all the complaints to them have gone in vain. It is becoming increasingly difficult to book the gas. Even if we book the gas it takes almost 1 month for the delivery of the cylinder and that too after so many calls to the agency.

Kindly take necessary action against the agency.
