Dont deliver the gas even after 10 days of booking and they misbehave

I had placed an order for gas on 16th and even after 10 days of booking i have not yet recived the gas.

i called them many times and said that i need the gas but they never took it seriously.

when i said that i will go to consumer court, they back answered saying that ok go wherver you want.
