Non delivery of re-filled cylinda

I am consumer of BP gas bearing the consumer no 20331. My agency is mukta gas agency, Malad (E), Mumbai. Even after 10 days back i booked the gas, till now it has not been not delivered.

Whenever I called there, an operator hands over the call to the delivery staff. The delivery staff takes the address details & ends up the call confirming the delivery "TODAY" This "Today" never arrise & he never turns up. What should we do???

Can someone take it seriously???
