Non-delivery of LPG cylinder after 28 days

Dear Sir,
I've booked for refilling of LPG cylinder through M/s-Samidha Gas, Ravi Nagar, Gwalior (A Bharat Gas Agency) on 10/11/09 with Docket No. 208. However, It is not delivered till today (09/12/09) despite my repeated requests.
Pl. look into this matter and oblige.
