No Delivery of Gas Cylinde

I booked gas for home delivery on 21th January but till today 05th February we haven't get the delivery at my home. Whenever we visit there representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. And when you call on phone no-body response. While other's get their delivery by paying some extra amount. they booked after 20 days of every delivery so it takes near about one month & 15 days every time.
