Chenging booking date

Sir,

iam a bharat gas consumer, I booked by one line 21 st jan 2021, and by phone 23 jna 2010. till date dident det refilling. when i call my distributor thay changing booking date, first time i call 25 th they told me take 2, 3 days. after cal 27 nt then they say ut booing is 25 th it wil take 3 days. next time i call 29 th that time they saying ur booking not here. today date taking 4 days.and i went office of vasanthu kunju, and talkt to this matter, and they say sunday deffinitily sending there. and today 1 feb again call, they saying ur booking is 31 date.

place not the matter, this not ony my problam somany peoples are facing this matter
