Poor Delivery of LPG gas from Dealer of Bharat Gas-Ashoka Stores

I booked my cylinder order no. 589233 on 04-Feb thru www.ebharatgas.com today is 11-Feb, till date i have not received my gas from (Distributor of Bharat Gas) Ashoka Stores, K -1/51, Chittaranjan Park, New Delhi – 110 019, Telephone Nos: 26276777, 26277304, 26278100.

My Consumer code is – 9214

i put complaint on Bharat Petroleum Website and the Complaint ticket number is C000017499, but there is not action from there too.

Please take strict action against Ashoka Stores.

Can the appropriate authorities (Bharat Gas) remedy my problem and oblige.

Bharat Gas Dealer & Bharat Gas both are useless guys.
