Arrogant Staff

I had received the cylinder last month but today when i unsealed it and connected i found it was empty and also it was not haevy as the filled ones... so i went to Shakti Gas agency at Vishnu Nagar Dombivli west from where we get cylinders and told them the problem, the staff including the manager says arrogantly that our money is wasted and we have to get new cylinder and now this is really gundagiri.
