RUDE BEHAVIOUR, EXTREME DELAY IN SERVICE, CALLOUS ATTITUDE, JUST PLAIN HOPELESS

My consumer no. is 32858, in the name of my husband Mr. ASHUTOSH KUMAR with Bharat Gas. I have only one cylinder and they told us to come after six months for a double connection, when we went after five months and 28 days they told us that six months are not yet over. Then my husband went after seven months they told to come after one year. Whenever we book the gas is delivered after 10 days and that too when we go ourselves to collect it. They charge so much for gas but they have no respect for the problems of customers. They are a hopeless lot. They will pick up the phone till your fingers start to pain punching the nos. the scene is atrocious and we talk about 24 hours service. Bullshit.
