Pathetic service!

Dear sir,

my coustomer id is 26150 at COOKLEEN gas agency.

city- Kolkata (W.Bengal). I have booking my cylinder

date-15.02.2008 and registered my booking order as 7592 but COOKLEEN gas agency does not

delivered the gas cylinder to me. i had several times rang them up for the same, but they replied as we have already received the cylinder. Where as they did not supplied the gas cylinder. More over after that COOKLEEN gas agency not willing to respose my phone calls or hang me up on phone line only. And fore me up to do a new booking for refill. now I'm helpless and did as they wish.

I think this kind of harrasment, callousness & rude behavior of bharatgas agent is not tolarable. I stongly protest against this kind of matter and need your intervention to resolve the matter.
