Non-delievery of gas cylinde

I, Dilshad Hamid, having Bharat Gas Connection no. 15825, booked a gas cylinder with Sarla Enterprises, Safdarjang Enclave, New Delhi, on 01 August by SMS and was given booking reference 2307772. On 04 August I received SMS from the gas agency that gas cylinder was delievered to me on 03 August. But, I did not receive any cylinder yet. I am trying to contact my service provider, i.e. Sarla Bharat Gas distributer on its landline numbers: 011-26192804, 011-26192722, but the phone line is always busy. What should I do now?
