Non-delivery of gas cylinde

My Gas consumer number is GN 0468.I requested a new cylinder on 17 August. Despite repeated reminders, and in-person meetings, the concerned people at Gajanan Gas Service, 463/A, Gultekdi, Pune have not sent me the cylinder. The person in charge was extremely rude to me and started shouting when I called and asked them to send it. This kind of behaviour is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE.
