Customer Service Issue

Dear Sir

My self shailesh desai having gas connection with Rang Rai Agency at Jogeshwari my My Booking No 10032 & when ever we try to book the gas the telephone number are terrible busy or are kept busy, It take days to book a gas clyinder. I am really fedup with this agency & unhapppy with the customer servvice of Bharat gas. Requested to kindly look into the matter on urgent basis.
