Refusal to issue of subscription voucher against new lpg connection

A new cooking gas connection was applied (Booking No 707) by the undersigned, through M/S Balaram Distributors, 41/H Bl- C, New Alipore Kol 700053, an authorized distributor of M/S Bharat Gas. Although I submitted all the documents and was ready to deposit the necessary charges on 19-05, I was refused the required connection and subscription voucher was not issued by the above dealer as I didn’t intend to buy a cooking appliance from them.

I don’t think it is mandatory to buy the appliance from the distributor for getting a new connection. In such case I would request your intervention to get the new connection as desired.
