Non delivery of refilled cylinder -reg

Sir,

I am customer of M/s Ambika Gas Agency, Ambabari, Jaipur of M/s BPCL and my consumer no. is A-53162. I got booked the cylinder on 4.12.10 but despite repeated reminder/ request they did no supply the same so far. Last time I have received cylinder on 19.10.10. Therefore kindly look into the same and arrange for supply the same at the earliest.
