Delay in delivering gas cylinde

Dear Sir / Madam,

I Naresh Singrakhia a customer of Bharat Gas / Consumer no. 56211 has purchased Bharat Gas Cylinder from Jai Jyoti Gas Agency, Vejalpur, Ahmedabad.

Every time I have to wait for a week to get the replacement of the cylinder from the date of booking.

This time the situation has become worst. I am following up since 5th Jan but still the cylinder is not delivered. Today dt-13th Jan I called on 079-26811300 and spoke to Mr. Rahul. The guy on the phone was not at all helpful and moreover after waiting for 9 days said it will take another two days!!!

I don't understand what type of service Bharat Gas is providing to the consumers and the people really needs to understand hoiw to respond to customer complaints and provide some solution urgently.
