I am Pravin Joshi consumer no 34155 having problem of not booking for refill before 15 days after getting previous refill and not getting the refilled one before 15 days of booking. Thus 30 days waiting period after becoming empty.

Phone of raka agency is always busy.we have to have to go in his office, stand in Q and book it, is became our new business and a headach.

Here are two options

1) Create another distributor to offload Raka

2) or make it available to us in black market (as like hotel business, where gas problem never exists) which is better than to beg for cylinder in everymonth. Since everybody suffering from the same problem nobody offers the filled cylinder.
