Misusing of consumer cylinde

Dear Sir,

Iam Venkatesan from chennai My Costomer no 21595 .Addrass is No.124, B, Kalyanapuram, 4th west cross street, vyasarpasdi, chennai-600039.sir bharath gas agency at malani doing the frouds . they sold my clinder to commersial works.beause i was booked the cylinder on 17.05.08 till now iam not received the cylinder.

but stock is there .they kept the somuch of cylinder in their relative house for higher rate. they sold the cylinder in block also. please take the action.they are not responding the phone also. please cancel their agency.
