Sir I am a Domestic LPG Coustomer with Your Bharat Gas Dealer in Nagina Distt Bijnor (UP west) Rashmi Gas Service, Dhampur Road Nagina. There Phone Number is 01343- 250211 & 252211, This Gas service never book my home delivery request for gas supply. They create problem for coustomer & finish booking gas refill after 1 PM. Even after all hurdels when supply man comes He Charges Rs 10 extra as riksha charge. there riksha supply man never comes with a weight scale. Over all I think in this small town the owner thinks no coustomer will ever compalin against him & no company officer will ever come to check. Please Thake appropriate strong action so that at least we may get gas supply booked regularly on Phone, & at a rate prescribed By the company for Home delivery In time.
