Unable to order refill cylinder on Phone

Dear Sir,

I have a Bharat gas connection in Hyderabad with MahaLaxmi agencies as my dealer in Bhoiguda.

I have been trying to book gas on their numbers in one week. They have only two lines and both are busy all the time. I have wasted about 4-5 hours of my time on phone so far. One of the numbers 27532014 rings after some time but no one picks the phone.

I could not find the agency on your www.ebharatgas.co.in site either.

If this is the case with other cosumers as well, then this will lead to a wide spread problem. Please address this issue on a priority basis.
