Bharat Gas Non delivery

Dear Sir,

We have a gas connection with Bharat Gas - Our dealer is Madam Enterprises now which is Bommanahalli, My Consumer Nos: 37523 and my booking No: 5812 i have booked the gas nearly 20 days ago but i dont know what has happend to them inspite of constanct reminders (atleast 3 times a day) yet to deliver. and worst thing is they say from past 4 days they will deliver the gas like a fool i was waiting there at home. Now you tell me What should i do...
