Not delivering timely

I have booked gas on DT.28.8.2008 at9.10 AM but till today (dt.4.9.2008) the delivery has not yet been materialised. I am contacting them for last three days but they are only promising to deliver. Today I had met them personally but the distributor authority of M/S Aparajita Bharat Gas, CS Pur, Bhubaneswar answered me very casually like this&-quot;The booking of dt.24-08 has not yet been finished. How you are expecting your serial number will come". My serial number was 20 of Dt.28-08.I am expecting your sincerity on this matter.
