Not picking up phones for days

My gas connection no of bharat gas is G 4066 at Hargobind Enclave DDA market, next to gurdwara

I am a working lady and for days I almost non stop call for 40 minutes in the morning and another 304-40 minutes in the after / evening since past almost 10 days. Nobody is there to pick up the phones. The bell either rings or the phone is busy. There is no proper response. For years whenever we manage to get through they have only 01 answer 6-10 days as there is shortage. There numbers are 22376397/98
