Non delivery of Gas cylinde

I am a consumer of M/S.M.P. Gas Service of Durgapur having consumer Number 4553, i booked for gas cylinder on 08.09.2008 (booking No.: 92), but repeated request i am not getting Gas cylinder till date. This is the regular feature with this dealer. They told us that after receiving one cylinder, i can book for another one after 15 days and that should take another 15 days delivery time but they can not delivery the gas in time. Sir, with deep pain i request you kindly give me suggestion to switch over process to another gas service like Indian oil or HP.
