Delay in Delivery

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I had booked my refill cylinder on 16.09.2008. My booking no. is 5006 and my consumer no. is 12950.

My Distributor is Rashmi Gas agency located near the Krishnarajapuram Railway Station

In spite of repeated reminders I am yet receive my refill.

Can somebody do the needful please.
