Not issuing gas in time

Hello sir

my name is ramnidhi verma

my consumer no is 5564 in bharat gas.

I live in dera bassi. I have booked a cylinder 17 days on 27 sep 2008 from local gas distributor but yetI have not recieved cylinder. I think they are providing cylinder to sweet shopkeeper.

they do same when any festival comes.they are doing black
