No feedback to complaint Ticket no. C000011520

Myself Ujwala wankhade, I had registered complaint on BPCL website complaint ref. no. C000011520.

on 7th Oct. I got reply mail that I'll get feedback from BPCL within weeks time but yet no feedback, no call from BPCL customer support.

I hope BPCL will take immediate action on this complaint.
