Missbehaviour with the costmer and 1 months delays in delivery

Dear sir,

I am Rajkumar Vishwakarma, My Gas cylinder passbook no is 3203, One Monthe before I had booked my cylinder on my nearest bharat gas agency (situated in saraimeer). But when I went to the agency, the receptionist said that you din't book your gas.

Sir, i have to submitt the complaint every time for the delivery of cylinder.

please take an action against this.
