NON DELIVERY OF GAS

As I had recently lost my husband, I sent my brother to NK Enterprises to book the gas cylinder. The complaint was registered over 20 days. I had to make a call to remind them which was over a week ago. Yesterday my brother went again to request them to bring our gas soon and once again they promised to do so but did not. They keep asking if the "door was locked" and our answer is always the same "someone is always at home"... that someone is me, I am 24 hours at home. There are 3 telephone numbers to call this gas agency and not one will be free for the customer to make a request or follow up on a request. I sincerely hope through your forum we can get our gas at the earliest. Thank you.
