Non-delilvery of gas cylinder & gas consumed before standard usage time

Hi,

I have a gas connection with Bharat Gas in Armament Colony-Pashan, Pune. my consumer no. 35794.

I have booked for a refill cylinder on 22nd Aug. and till date i havn't received cylinder. The phone no. provided is useless as its busy all the time.

I enquired about the delay, i was told that the there trucks are not coming from mumbai for past 3 days. i dont know how far is true.

But my second cylinder is on a verge of getting over with gas.

This is not a problem that is occuring for once. this is an ongoing for more than a year. every time we book a cylinder for a refill; there is huge delay; at times we are even asked to personally come get a refilled cylinder.

Complaint #2

On a normal circumstances we have cylinder consumed for about 2 months, last time, cylinder last for less than even a month (14.2 kg). this was not only for me but for people who we know in the same area as well.

We are paying full money and cooperation to the company. Now its company's responsibility to provide accurate quantity of gas in the cylinder.

Please look into the matter and urge you to take action on the same.
