Non-delivery of gas cylinde

Respected Sir / Madam,

I have had a very poor response from Prateek Enterprises, Bangalore in catering to my booking for a gas cylinder.

I made a booking for the cylinder on 21sep 2008. The booking number that was allotted to me was 16. When i again checked with them on 25sep I was given another number being 14669. They have also now switched to an automated machine to register complaints which is very frustrating. I keep getting the same response that my compaint number is 16.

Till date, I have not received the cylinder and it has caused extreme inconvenience. For the last 10 days, I have been in a situation to order food from outside.

I am extremely disappointed with the service and would like to request the respective authorities for their help in resolving this issue and take action on the below agency for thier pathetic customer service and not having a basic telephone number for their customers to reach out to.
