Sir,

i booked for new connection of gas cylinder for home. I applied for the same at bharat gas and well as at indane gas, but both says that you have to also purchased GAS CHULHA TUBE GIFT (ONE KG TEA) at additional cost of 3250 cylinder security amount. Then i say that i will pay only gas cylinder security amount only and i purchased GAS CHULHA TUBE from out side market not your shop.

then both distributors denied to give me new connection and say it is compulsory to take GAS CHULHA TUBE with every new gas connection.

i am not mentioning the distributors name, because i went to take gas connection at many distributors (more than 10) but same reply. than i consult my neighbors & friends and they also said that the same. but i am not satisfied so write to you.

please sir look into the matter. I will be highly obliged to you.
