This is Biswarupa from chennai. My Bharat Gas cust id: 33338. I booked my cylinder on 6th. today till 15th Nov, forget about 24 hours delivery I'm yet to receive it. Their agency, Munnusamy Gas Agency-Velachery chennai has no clue despite repeated commitment since 12th for delivery.
Even the customer care numbers provided by them as well as availabe in your website are incorrect. Infact the numbers available in the official site does not exist! When I tried to post my concerns through The "Talk to us" section in the site, it failed after repeated efforts due to server errors. Through your site I wanted to tell others about the lackadaisical service standards of Bharat Gas! Please help me to put my message across to Bharat Gas officials, if they care.
