LPG booked refill delay and on site the complaint service not working

booked for refill last week (10-09-09), cylinder yet not been delivered .please let us know Why they cylinder not delivered and reason for delay?

Their onlin complaint service also not working because i had tried this many times but always system responed, your message not deliver try gain...

I want to know is this site only showing the sevices or really work?
