Delsy in delivery of LPG cylinder & very poor service and misbehaving

I m really fed up with the poor service of sharman gas company, krishna nagar. lal quarter delhi, 110051. we have already booked LPG for home consumption on 28 dec but till yet we have not received any response from site . we approaced more than 5 times personally, all the time they said it would be delivered today. So we have left no option rather thinking of switching to another gas company.
