Delay in Cylinder Delivery

Hi,

I am Rahul Rajput, customer of Bharat Gas since 2003. Recently my agency got transferred to B.K. Enterprise, Bypass road, Kharadi, Pune.

I'm calling to the agency staff daily from past 8 days and they are committing us that cylinder will be delivered by 3 or 4 pm. But i'm still waiting for the cylinder.

I'm facing a lot of problems because agency staff memebrs are not understading my situation.

Requesting some one to help me out ASAP, I'm being harassed by BHARAT GAS AGENCY staff members.

Can i go to the consumer court directly and file the case against BHARAT GAS agency?
