New Connection has been stopped

I am a resident of Sector 22- G-Block, Noida. Here we have a dealer of Bharat Gas at the Sector 22.G-Block market. But they have stopped giving new connection of bharat gas from 14th of may and have put up a printed notice in front of their office. But it has come to knowledge that new connections are given in black. So can you please see to this and see nothing illegal is going on and the new connection allotment is resumed as has been declared that there will be no cease on new connection in gas.
