We went to the dealer of bharatgas, M/s Bhoost Agecy at Gadag in Karnataka for new connection, Hetold us that he will give new one along with twin stove forwhich hewill be charging us Rs.4400/- I want to know is it a rule that on must buy a twin stove with cylender?
