About improper service & without bill delivery, delay in delivery

Respected sir,

The distributor of Bharat Gas cylinder in shiggaon (VINAYAK BHARAT GAS DISTRIBUTORS) Their intraction between the consumer is very verst when i went to ask that when they deliver the booked cylinder but the keep on saying today afternoon then evening so on... Hence i am not getting delivery of my cylinder in time not only me they play game with all the customers. At the time of delivery they are not bringing the bill and then asking more than the bill amount, Hence i humbly request you to take the action as soon as possible because i am using single cylinder and we are leaving with joint family it very problem if they do not delivery in time.
