Very Late delivery. Delivery pending. Phone off the hook 99.99% times

I wanted to book for a cyclinder and after repeated attempts to reach the gas agency by phone, I finally got thru one day. So I booked a cyclinder early this month and was expecting it to be delivered in 5 work days. Thusfar, the gas agency has not delivered 19-aug-08 and I have been trying to call them at 080-25635982 and 5985 almost 10 times everyday with no luck. The phone tone is alwyas busy. So last week I decided to go to the agency office in person and noticed atleast 2 other customers who were complaining of the same issue (no picking the phone or phone off the hook).

Someone needs to notify their management of this agency and help resolve this issue. I might run out of cooking gas any moment now and we have no other alternative.
