Problem in converting single cylinder connection to double

I am a Pune India customer of Bharat Gas.

Initially I have taken single Gas connection of Bhart Gas.

But after marriage it very difficult to manage with single connection so I tried to get one more cylinder to get uninterrupted service.

But from last 1.5 year there is no such facility in our agency.

Due to this I am facing lost of troble. I am panning to take new single cylinder connection from HP . it having very good reputation in Pune.
