Late delivery & bad service

Dear sir/madam,

It is to inform you that we are regular customer of bharat gas and our supplier is chand gas distributor, gurgaon. I have complaint that they never attend our phone call. I am in urgent need of gas cylinder and I am calling since 2-3 days..most of the times they are not picking calls and sometimes the number is busy.. we are suffering lot.. We call atleast 20-30 times daily. the other complain is that their cycle is of 21 days for registering for new gas cylinder but they always supply after 25-28 days.. tehy never supply on time ..please look into this matter seriously and try to improve customer service..
