Delay in the delivery of cylinde

Dear sir,

I Himansu sekhar Rath, son of sandhyarani Rath who is a consumer of Bharat LPG, bearing consumer. No. 20603 of Badal gas agency Berhampur, Odisha.

Sir think is that since last 5 to 6 month we are not receiving our cylinder on time, they always delayed it for 5 to 10 days & this time it is too much... when they tell us, they will send the gas after 20 days, when we are asking them the reason they are not responding us & misbehaving us... the address of the agency is...
