Non Booking of LPG Cylinde

I had booked a lpg cylinder in this agency on 23rd sept 09 and after 3 days when i enquired about the non delivery of the service i was told it will take 10 days from the date of booking for the delivery of the cylinder. However when i still didnt get the cylinder on 30th sept 09 i was told that there is no booking of our request in the system and it will again take another 10 days for the receipt of the cylinder.
