Gas cyclinder not delivered till date from the date of booking i.e. booked before 25 days

Dear Sir, I am a consumer of Indane Gas Cylinder for the past 25 years. My No. 8062. My booked token no. is 8850. Registered for booking for fresh cylinder on 8.1.2009. Till date I have not received. But those booked on 13th who has booked nearby house got cylinder yester day. The Booking centre has not even attending any phone calls whenver we called. They took time to book cylinder on 25 days or 30 days from te date of delivery of cylinder. Now, I took for use of cylinder before 25 days even I have 2 cylinders. Kindly look into the same and advice the supplier to treat the customers properly.
