Non delivery of gas cylinder with in stipulated time

My connection reg no is 22129 in mysore at Udayagiri Area. Initially my due date to avail gas cylender was 18 th of every month.

agency fellows use to raise the receipt on 18th of every month, but use to supply gas 10 days late. regularly i use to argue that when u raise receipt on 18th y u delay it by another 10 days. Later this time they have supplied me gas 29th of nov. No official agency can question this? i am grate ful to the concerned if my complaint is redressed properly so thst i can avail gas cylinder on 18th of every month
